School Closure Tomorrow, January 26th

Archbishop Shaw Community,
After consultation with civil leaders and out of an abundance of caution, the Archdiocese of New Orleans has decided to close all Catholic schools, including Archbishop Shaw High School, tomorrow, January 26th.

Tomorrow, Archbishop Shaw will have asynchronous virtual learning for all students. The class schedule is FEHG. Teachers will have all assignments posted in Google Classrooms for students to complete for their classes tomorrow. In order to count this school day, students will be responsible for completing this assigned work and it will impact their grades.

Tomorrow, when we receive more information, we will make a decision about school on Tuesday, January 27th. We will continue to communicate with you through email, text messaging, and social media.
